How we started
AyC Xperience wasn’t born from luxury — it was built on passion, resilience, and a dream to do things differently.
It all began in 2001 in Bogotá, Colombia, with one goal: to create events that would touch people’s lives far beyond the day they happened. With no investors and limited resources, we grew through dedication — organizing school ceremonies, supporting communities, and earning trust through every project.
Word spread, and soon we were designing events for institutions, companies, and families. But our true calling was always more personal — celebrating life’s most meaningful moments: weddings, quinceañeras, and family milestones.
In 2019, we crossed borders and brought our vision to the U.S. Starting again from zero, Kissimmee, Florida became our new home — where we continue to create celebrations filled with heart, precision, and authenticity.
More than 24 years later, over 150,000 guests have shared unforgettable moments with us. Because at AyC Xperience, we don’t just plan events — we honor stories and make every moment count.

To begin the process, please ensure you meet the following criteria:
Possess a valid U.S. Tax ID number.
Operate as a legally established company in the United States, focused on event planning or related services.
Have certified experience in event management or coordination.
Hold active liability insurance coverage.
Own or manage an active website showcasing your services.
Maintain a social media presence with at least 500 followers, aligned with our values and focus on events and celebrations.
